Last week, Saporito Finishing had the pleasure of hosting a group of bright and curious students from Morton West High Schoolâs engineering and welding classes. Spanning all four grade levels, these students took a deep dive into the world of metal plating and anodizing.
Our maintenance team shared insights into their day-to-day responsibilities, highlighting the critical need for skilled tradespeople in our industry. The students were eager to learn, asking insightful questions about processes, equipment, and career paths.
This event was a fantastic example of how industry and education can work together to inspire future careers and strengthen our community. Several seniors requested job applications!! We look forward to continuingâand expandingâthis collaboration with Morton West High School and other local programs.
